When C.A.T.S. was founded, our main goal was to rescue viable homeless kittens. We have since expanded into massive trapping localities through TVNR (Trap/Vaccinate/Neuter/Return) in order to prevent unwanted feline pregnancies from taking place. Cats do not want to have 4 litters of kittens each year. Many litters die from the cold, illness, and predators.

Our focus is on mothers and babies. Our goal is to end suffering through surgical sterilization. For each cat neutered, it prevents AT LEAST 200 additional street births.
